CoCo and the Butterfields sprang to life in September 2011 as a humble folk trio. Nowadays they're more accurately described as a five-strong major kick on the South East music scene, a truly colourful, energetic & crowd-stamping act to be reckoned with, featuring beatboxer EupheX and performing their own unique fusion of Folk, Pop and Hip Hop, or "Fip Fok" to their fans.

Within a year CATB had earnt themselves the title of the UK's best unsigned act, (winners of Live and Unsigned 2012) collecting several more song writing awards, 250,000 YouTube hits and shared a stage with internationally renowned artists King Charles, Bastille and The Pogues.

Following the explosive release of their debut EP, Fip Fok, CATB filled 1200 seats at a sell out show at Canterbury's Marlowe Theatre, where the new single Warriors launched May 2013.

From busking in their hometown of Canterbury to headlining Rome's largest unsigned music festival, CATB's inimitable sound and raw energy on stage has rapidly gained them a large and loyal following, making them one of the UK's top new bands to watch out for.

The ultimate eclectic collective, CATB find extraordinary musical integrity and balance in an ensemble of exquisite charm and quirk.

Creativity and personality form the bedrock for the unique musical style of a band who have "managed the almost impossible task of creating a sound that is almost entirely unique." (Dan Lucas, Record Producer).

Having performed to many thousands of people throughout the UK in 2012 and packing out their shows from the very beginning, CoCo and the Butterfields can still occasionally be spotted busking around the South East. From the pavement to the arena, CATB are dazzling musicians and seasoned performers. Infectious and inclusive; their music lifts a crowd to their feet and holds them there.
