The The Black Delta Movement are a heavy garage rock n roll outfit from Hull.



Formed in July 2010, BDM have played their first show at Freedom Festival Hull and released their first EP 3 months later. The BDM have since released a further 3 EP's, and three singles- all of which to sell out parties.



Their music consists of soaring vocals with choppy, fuzz laden and reverb-heavy guitars all backed by a heavy rhythm section.



Having played over 200 shows, BDM have built up a solid reputation for being an outstanding live act. The band have supported bands such as The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Stranglers, Kasier Cheifs, Temples, Drenge, Toy, The View, Jefferson Airplane amongst others.



BDM bring you their kaliedescope of sound morphing the balance of the 1960's counter culture movement with layering lyrics upon a symphony that embodies the ornate spiral colour palette of garage rock n roll.

The band spent the summer of 2014 busking on the streets of the UK, building their fan base and honing their live performance skills. The raw, unpredictable ‘set up and play’ nature of live street performance is reflected in the band‘s stage presence, and combined with their DIY ethos on writing, recording and promoting themselves The Blue Dawns are able to present a refreshingly honest outlook on life.



With regular light hearted updates on their online pages, The Blue Dawns have found themselves with a rapidly expanding fan base, catching the attention of music lovers from all over the world who enjoy seeing bands that don’t take themselves too seriously.
