Credence/Cromarty/Tempest Brewing Tap Take-Over

20/05/2016

About this Event

We are holding a tap takeover event, featuring three superb northern brewers showcasing their excellent wares:

Credence Brewing: http://www.credencebrewing.co.uk/

"Credence Brewing is a new and exciting microbrewery based in Amble, Northumberland. With beer quality at the heart of everything we do, our aim is to deliver the very finest of beers to pubs and bars across the globe.

Our first release is the Credence Brewing core range which focuses on popular beer styles made the Credence way. Having sourced the very best ingredients from around the world, our beers deliver exciting flavours, looks, mouthfeel and drinkability!"

Cromarty Brewing: https://www.cromartybrewing.com

"The Cromarty Brewing Co is a family run business consisting of Craig, Chap and Jenni Middleton.

Craig, our fanatical brewer studied the science of brewing at Heriot Watt University and the art of beer making in the student accommodation and flat basements. After finishing the course with a 1st class degree he went on to do some work in various breweries to gain valuable experience. It was during this time that he decided he wanted to get his own beers to market. He applied for grants, got some scary bank loans and managed to get his folks Chap and Jenni in on the deal."

Tempest Brewing: http://www.tempestbrewco.com/

"Bold, fresh, and relentlessly dedicated to quality.

A lot has changed over the years, but our vision has stayed the same. Keep it fresh, be innovative, respect the craft, and champion quality above all else. We make beer that we’re proud of, and that we’d want to drink ourselves.

We brew our beer taking inspiration from our history as a brewery; from the hops we found in New Zealand, to our local produce in Scotland. Tempest was born and forged from the passion, creativity, and drive that Gavin and Annika had for wanting to start a brewery. Their adventure from start to present is there in every bottle of beer we make. Every beer tells a story, whether it’s Long White Cloud being brewed for the first time in a garage in Christchuch, to Unforgiven brewed as the answer to the question “what would a cowboy drink?”."

As well as all our lines being occupied by these three superb brewers, there will be Meet-The-Brewer/Q&A sessions, beer tastings and Live Music.

We hope to see you there!
