Hi Guys,

DID YOU KNOW that JACK DANIELS is 160 years old in September?? So we thought we’d throw a ROCK N ROLL RED DOOR PARTY to celebrate!

And we’d LOVE you and your crew to join us and participate in The Lynchburg Lemonade Speed Competition



HOW DO YOU ENTER?

1: Call in to Red Door before Friday the 27th September and write your name on a tenner, put it in the pot (winner will take the pot!)

2: Turn up at Red Door no later than 6.30 on Sunday the 29th September for final brief. (Anyone not at the final brief at 6.30 will forfeit their entry fee)

3: make 6 Lynchburgs to spec as fast as you can



RULES

1: 3 Second Penalty for serving drinks that do not follow the allocated specification

2: 3 Second Penalty for incomplete service- this includes x6 Bev naps, x6 straws, x6 garnishes, x 6 full drinks with ice

3: 3 Second Penalty for trashing the station / bar top, try and work as tidily as possible (clean as you go)

4: Judges Decision is final

5: You MUST be at the hatch 2 contestants before your turn- ready to race – competition starts 7pm sharp

5: 2 minutes to set up before the timer starts

6: Make 6 PERFECT drinks as fast as you can!

7: There are 30 places available, FIRST COME FIRST SERVED

EACH DRINK MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING AND BE SHAKEN:

30ml Jack Daniels

15ml Cointreau

15ml lemon juice

15ml sugar syrup

Top lemonade

Garnish - lemon wedge

We are ALSO hosting Chester’s first ever BEER PONG tournament, each bar can enter teams of 2 to compete (there’s only space for 16 teams), once again each team writes their team name on a £20 note and puts it into the pot, WINNER TAKES ALL!
