From the Secret Garden Party newcomers Will Heard (Putney based nouveau Island records songwriter sensation) to the multi talented exploits of John Moody's Dirty Gentlemen as well as the established revolutionary MC. LOWKEY 1991 proves to offer a fantastic performance of the best that young music in London has to offer.
