A much anticipated reunion, Brighton based beat-maker & producer DJ Format has teamed back up with Toronto lyricist MC Abdominal, hitting the road together and heading back in the studio ten years after the pair last collaborated on Format’s seminal album ‘If You Can't Join 'Em... Beat 'Em’.



Having previously played shows together at Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds as well as supporting Jurassic 5 at Brixton Academy over a decade ago, the duo had an explosive return to the live scene last year playing 16 UK dates throughout November with a response like nothing anyone could have imagined, selling out 50% of the shows (inc. Manchester, Newcastle, Brighton, Bristol and London).



Their latest AA-side 'We Say' / 'Reflective Meditation Rhymes' was critically acclaimed as a comeback, supported by the likes of Eddy Temple-Morris and Lauren Laverne on BBC 6Music as well as topping the charts on BandCamp, proving that the classic hip hop pair have a faithful cult following.



The duo are again back in the studio writing and recording a full length LP, which will be released later in the year and if the initial buzz is anything to go by, 2016 is already taking shape to be their biggest year yet.
