Do you wish you could draw? Have you drawn anything since school? No? Does the idea of making pictures seem silly? Does it make you nervous? Scared? Excited?



If the answer to any of these questions is "yes", this may be the workshop for you.



This is workshop for people who would like to draw but don't think they can.



Anyone who can write their own name has all the manual skill they need to draw images that can charm, amuse, dazzle and excite.



They might not believe they can, but they can. Honest.



It will demonstrate a simple way to start drawing for people who have no idea where to start.



It will focus on ways of keeping a visual cartoon diary. Participants will be shown how to start turning everyday incidents, overheard conversations, into little cartoons and comics.

All skill levels and backgrounds are welcome. Although the course is aimed at non-drawers, anyone can expect to get something from it.
