Casanovas Revenge is the official 20 year celebration party of one of Wakefield’s most iconic clubs. Together with Rooftop Gardens, Casanovas was the showcase of the legendary ‘Westgate Run’ and during the early to mid nineties, laid the musical foundations for what was to become a halcyon period for the club.



From 1992-1996, Casanovas evolved a music ethos and gained a loyal following that stood it alone from other archetypal nightclubs in the area. Those that were there during this great era will remember the incredible sellout events every Saturday night and those that were never part of the party will have, we’re sure, been told about the unique atmosphere of this special venue.



So, for one night only, we invite the original crowd and inquisitive newcomers to experience a retrospective trip down memory lane to again relive an almost musical religion that has all but been forgotten. This authentic event will feature the original Casanovas resident DJ from 1992-1996 alongside two of Wakefield’s most respected Old Skool DJ’s spinning what for many will be the soundtrack to their youth
