12th August 1883 – The last quagga dies at the Artis Magistra zoo in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our planet is really fucked, what a bunch of selfish, irresponsible, custodians of this beautiful planet we are.



Speaking of which, the loopt boys are back! When we asked them what they thought about the endemic problem of global environmental hypocrisy, they said. "Yeah I used to have one of those t-shirts it changed colour when i got hot or cold, I think i lost it at dreamscape 98."



They do play good records though - house music in its myriad forms.
