General Admission Tickets - Terms, Conditions & FAQ



Entry with pre-purchased tickets is guaranteed until midnight. Late arrivals may have to wait in the queue. Tickets will be valid for entry from 11pm on Saturday 1st October 2016. ID will be required from all. Please ensure you have a Government Approved ID (valid and in date Drivers License or Passport). This is not specifically for age, it is for identification purposes.



Dress Code - smart casual, casual and sexy. There will be no admittance for persons wearing tracksuit bottoms, scruffy footwear or 'work-man' wear. You may be asked to remove your hat.



Searches - Consent to searching is a condition of entry. Mandatory searches of bags and random searches will be conducted throughout.



No Form of Drugs Permitted - The venue operates a zero tolerance approach to substance abuse. Those found in possession will be detained and Thames Valley Police will be contacted.



Drink Responsibly - If you appear intoxicated you may be refused entry

The Manager's decision is final.



Getting to the Venue - Parking is available at Worcester Street Car Park. We are situated within a stones throw of the Central Coach Station and Train Station. Taxis can be booked through a variety of local firms, we recommend Royal Cars - 01865 777 333



Everybody Needs Good Neighbours - As we're situated near residential properties we do ask that noise be kept to an acceptable level on the front terrace. Drinks need to remain inside from 22:00.
