It's our MOTHER FLIPPING 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY!



...and sorry to say it, quite possibly one of the last 'regular' parties. Don't panic, we'll still be doing them, but the Happiness Ninja has super exciting workshops, events and other awesome things in the pipeline, YAY!



So come along and embrace your inner child with the Happiness Ninja!



Our child-like capacity for innocence, wonder, awe, joy, sensitivity and playfulness has the key to more of our happiness than most of us realise!



A lot of our unhappiness and insecurity stems from our childhood experiences - by getting down with your inner child at Unicorn Club, you can literally leave all your problems at the door and have a big silly laugh whilst making new friends!



It's not your usual way to spend an evening but it's one that's ram packed full of benefits! Creativity helps you think of new solutions to life and work's problems and play brings you back to the moment helping you achieve mindfulness, relieve a bit of stress and manage things like anxiety and depression.



Above all else, it's a way to look at life bit differently and sprinkle a bit of magic into your day!





So you are hereby invited to leave your grown-up problems at the door and indulge in some play time with the Happiness Ninja! So, pop on a uni-horn, play a game, do some colouring in, raid the fancy dress box and take a silly photo - it's time to embrace your inner child! Plus it's an excuse to act like a proper knob for a couple of hours!
