Groove Om Yoga - Music, Lights, Yoga

The alternative night out, totally guilt free, a chance to collectively stretch, breathe and move.



We will be making disco yoga shapes on Friday 4th November at the fabulous Winchester at the triangle Bournemouth, places are very limited so need to be booked in advance.



Doors open at 6:30pm for glitter and glitz included in the ticket!

The yoga disco will start with an invigorating warm up moving into a dynamic fun vinyasa yoga sequence and will finish with a long ambient chill out.

After the class connect with your fellow yogis in the bar, the bar will serve a selection of drinks and alcohol free cocktails



This event is a social gathering, a chance to meet new people, laugh, feel good and get sweaty. A sense of fun is essential, leg warmers and spangly leotards optional but very welcome!



This event is suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome.
