11/02/2017

About this Event

Full Line Up: Judah Gayle, Time For 15, Basement Cat, Ember Weir, The Reduced Emissions

With Valentine’s day not far off, it’s time to find the next band you’ll fall in love with, and we have some hot contenders for your affections this February at Notting Hill Arts Club!

Topping the evening’s bill is Judah Gayle. This Bedfordshire four piece play indie rock with a low fi feel in places and a cheeky vocal delivery reminiscent of early Arctic Monkeys. The band may be relatively new to the scene, but are already gaining a loyal following and turning heads.

Time for 15 are a Lincolnshire trio who are now based in London, where they are introducing the Capital to the raw vocals and rugged guitars of their punk influenced Pop/Rock.

Basement Cat are a four piece from Maidstone who have achieved radio airplay with their brand of Indie/Rock, influenced by the likes of The Smiths & The Stone Roses.

Joining us from Birmingham is Ember Weir. These lads have been making a scene from Leicester to London, playing experimental indie with big, symphonic riffs.

Opening the show is The Reduced Emissions. Expect an acoustic folk set with a psychedelic touch from this Kent duo.
