RUFF TRADE are a very young, up and coming reggae band coming straight out of Gorton, Manchester.



Fronted by 17 year old Ryan ONeill (lead vocals/guitarist) RUFF TRADE are quickly gaining a name for themselves backing artists as well as smashing their own live shows at Hootananny Brixton, Manchester Academy & Manchester Caribbean Carnival to name a few.



Backed by his good friends Jack Gilmore 19yrs old (Bass), Adam Pennington 18yrs old (Keys) & Ayo 20Yrs Old (Saxophone).



RUFF TRADE are rated by a whole host of top artists and session musicians from Manchesters diverse reggae scene who have helped guide, educate and teach them about reggae music & conscious living.



The band frequently take to the streets of Manchester, drawing huge crowds, from all classes of society regardless of race, colour or creed doing what they love ……. uniting people with reggae music !



This year they will be performing at ONE LOVE FESTIVAL 2017 backing the legends who are PRINCE HAMMER & CRUICAL “Sword Of Jah Mouth” ONEIL aswell as performing their own set.



RUFF TRADE are also supporting GOLTY FARABEAU this year at POSITIVE VIBRATION FESTIVAL 2017.



Definitely a band to keep a eye on over the next few years, young, energetic and are keeping reggae music alive, doing so with passion and respect ! ONE LOVE !
