About this Event

We Broke Free and Chalk Ink with 60 Million Postcards presents:

Sløtface

Norwegian pop-punk band Sløtface will playing Radar Love! Formed in 2012, the group started when vocalist Haley Shea and guitarist Tor-Arne Vikingstad began writing songs together; later being joined by drummer Halvard Skeie Wiencke - who had previously played in a hardcore band with Tor-Arne – and bassist Lasse Lokøy.

Towards the end of 2016 the band released their second EP "Empire Records" - released on 18th Novemeber. The four-track EP included singles "Take Me Dancing", "Bright Lights" and lead-track "Empire Records" - the latter single garnering huge support from the music and film industry alike with its reference to 90's cult-classic film Empire Records.

Towers

Towers are a rock band from the south coast of England. Formed in 2016 following the break up of former band, Death Of An Artist, they decided to move away from the metal scene they previously belonged to. Now taking influence from bands like Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday and Thirty Seconds To Mars, they could easily be pigeon holed as just another “emo” band, but their music transcends this tag. Big choruses, soaring vocals and crunching guitars, the band want to bring everyone on their personal journey playing the music they love.
