Follow Wyliss are one of the most exciting bands breaking out from their home counties in late 2011. Having already headlined Guildford’s premier music venue - The Boileroom several times, the band have gone from strength to strength since forming in late 2010. They have made appearances at many established venues over 2011 including: The o2 Istington Academy, The Relentless Garage (London), The Facebar (Reading) The West End Centre (Aldershort) The Joiners (Southampton) The Camden Barfly and more! In January 2011, Follow Wyliss released their debut single “Turbulance” which was broadcast on 96.4 Eagle Radio on their “Unsigned Podcast” where they received glowing reviews. In May 2011, Follow Wyliss released their debut eP “Never For A Second” which was promoted with their first tour hitting cities including: Guildford, London, Southampton and Newport. 2011 also saw the band playing the main stage of Butserfest in September which featured artists inclding: Funeral For A Friend, Deaf Havana, Young Guns and Lower Than Atlantis. They where given a huge reaction with great reviews and support. In 2012 they released their EP “Blind” in January with great success, being featured on the Introducing Stage at Redfest 2012 in July, this is a band not to be missed!

Idle hands do the devil’s work, they say.A Plastic Rose have been anything but idle, but have still managed to raise absolute hell in venues across the UK over the last two years.Comprised of Gerry Norman (guitar/vocals), Ian McHugh (guitar/vocals), Troy Heaton (bass), and David Reid (drums), these four friends share a bond of camaraderie and common vision that has compelled them to improve upon each release, pushing themselves further and further in their pursuit of greatness.



‘Kids’ got people talking. A triumphant rallying call for the disenfranchised and disinherited, the single announced the arrival of a major new band. ‘Oceans’ showed the depth the band were capable of, a moving and poetic meditation on loss, coupled to the most soaring chorus the band had thus far unleashed. Mini-album The Promise Notes saw the critical plaudits being heaped upon the band, with glowing reviews from Rock Sound and Kerrang indicating just how important this young band were starting to become.



Winning the attention of Snow Patrol’s Gary Lightbody, himself a keen music fan with an eye for quality, the band found themselves playing to arenas for the first time as support to Snow Patrol, gloriously succeeding where other bands might have floundered.Calling to mind the aggression and passion of Biffy Clyro, and the enigmatic romance of classic R.E.M., ‘Boy Racer’ received support from BBC Radio 1, and sets the stage for the release of their debut album, Camera.Shutter.Life.



After tackling the Kerrang Awards show, Wakestock, Dot To Dot, Live at Leeds, and Glasgow's Stag and Dagger Festivals, it seems that no show is too big or too daunting for the band to master, and as they charge headlong into the future, the band show every hint of actually improving the incendiary live shows that have won them the support of their loyal fanbase, the APRmy.Released on the consistently rewarding Di Di Mau label, Camera.Shutter.Life. is what this has all been building to, and promises to be a glorious moment in this band’s already glittering career.
