Bath Carnival, which is happening on Saturday 15 July, is helping the LGBT+ communities of BATHNES by hosting the launch of Bath Pride as part of their diverse festival, to enable and empower the LGBT+ community and help celebrate the diversity of the city.

Celebrating diversity and inclusion is at the heart of Bath Carnival and this year they have been working with the LGBT+ communities and the Bath Pride Committee to add to their annual celebration, by organising a whole section of their parade for Bath Pride.

Bath Carnival have also generously enabled the LGBT+ communities to have a community zone at the carnival preparation area.

This space is where LGBT+ groups, organisations and members of the community can meet, socialize and learn about the services on offer for them in Bath and celebrate the diversity of the city with other communities.

The community zone will be located at the Bath Recreation Ground and all of the city is welcome to come and meet the LGBT+ communities of Bath.

As the evening goes on the after party for the Launch of Bath Pride will be at Mandalyns. The evening will be filled with two cabaret acts and music till late.
