Guiding you through the rich history of New Orleans is Dom Pipkin, pianist to the like of Paloma Faith and frontman of Dom Pipkin and The Iko's - The Soul of New Orleans in the UK.



Dom takes inspiration from from Professor Longhairr, Huey "Piano" Smith, Lee Dorsey and James Booker
