Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Amy Winehouse, Gladys Knight, Dionne Warwick, Diana Ross, Nina Simone, Tina Turner, Janis Joplin - the list goes on! This night we pay homage to the very finest pioneers of soul, the mothers of its creation and those who have vigorously passed the music on to generation after generation.
