WHY?

Running several years in Bedford town, Too Fly engages engines and sets course for the distant land of Northampton. The aim of the night has always been to rock you with the odd numbers instead of that wedding set you have on your iPod or the pap on the daytime radio playlists. We stand for looking to the future with regular nods to the past, so expect soulful sets from the whole spectrum of Funk, Disco, House and Beats.





WHO?







Gian - a stalwart of the Bedford acid jazz scene from the mid 90’s to the present, the knowledge runs deep in these musical veins. Gian has followed the transitions and trends of funk, and represents it in all its heavenly glory.



Marin – half of broken beat Brazilian duo Bakura and a producer in his own right, Marin selects the bottom heavy grooves, seeing as his thing is most definitely the bassline. With over fifteen years experience on the decks and tours of Japan and this country in bands, it’s deep, the groove here is deep.



Aidy West – a legend of the Midlands dance music scene, Aidy has furnished generations of DJs worldwide with bad ass music through his online outlet vinyl underground. And of course the man with access to all this music must have the skills to present it to the crowd right? Damn right, Northampton get on up to get down and meet your best kept secret.
