Originality:

(Anyone can dj/mc the same old same old belters/bars being drenched over n over again ..



Technical ability :

( in my eyes a good dj is one that can rectify a glitch quickly and smoothly if ever happens through no fault of own and creating music within 2 3or even 4 seperate tracks , sounds loops or samples playing at the same time tightly creatively knowing there tunes selected inside out . But also playing off the cuff ( no prep just pick n play ) is another sign of someone confident and comfortable performing .



Crowd interaction and reaction .



Lets face it , in my opinion the more energy and interaction you give the crowd the more energy they ll give you back ... nothing worse than a great dj / mc static in posture constantly eyes down on the mic ,in his phone cdj s , vinyl deck , mixer looking like he s just waiting for that last track to finish ...If your energy lacking your dance floor will be to ..

Just my opinion .. im not saying go all "mark e g" on the place , communication is a winner with both crowd dj /mc



AND FINALLY SUPPORT :

Yer I get it everyones busy in life doing there thing and have to get back or off to another gig or home for new borns .. Always good to network before and after performing even if its 15 mins half hour before or after to show support to other artists , ravers and the scene . We all here for the same reason .......
