As promised Shade Disco returns in December for a special Hedonistic Winter Wonderland party



After our good friend Dr Packer gave us one of our most cherished nights this summer its with great delight we bring one of Glitterboxes residents to Guildford.

HIFI SEAN is a DJ, Producer and Songwriter, currently known for his album ‘FT’, which he describes as‘electronic, psychedelic soul’.Released in2016, the album boasts collaborations with an extraordinarily diverse range of artists including some ofthemost significant underground musical icons of the past 40 years.‘FT’'s stellar collection of artists includes:- Yoko Ono, avant garde musician, con-ceptual art icon and one of the most controversial female artists of all time; BootsyCollins widely regarded asoneof the finest Funk/RnB bass players inthe world; Dave Ball co-founder ofSoft Cell, the UK’s notorious synth pioneers with the uniquely sleazy electric soul, Fred Schneider from the manic, bizarre and highly in-novative US new-wave group B-52’s and Alan Vega, vocalist of the seminal proto-punk NewYork duo Suicide.



In addition to writing and producing his own solo album, Sean has been passionate-ly dedicated to his DJ sets (which include many self produced tracks) holding down residencies and guest appearances at Shoreditch House, East Bloc, Dalston Su-perstore, Savage, Q-Lab Milan and most recently at Ministry of Sound.



He has released his own pro-ductions on Norman Cook’s Southern Fried label, NYC’s 'Get Up Recordings' with Severino (Horse Meat Disco), a series of edits on Midnight Riot Records with NYC’s DJ Shalvoy and most recently has signed toDefected and is a resident at the hugely successful Glitterbox parties in Ibiza , Croatia & London . He began playing house, disco and electro in the burgeoning and innovative club scene at The Glasgow Art School, before relocating to London in 2006 where hebecame a staple figure at some of the capital’s biggest underground house, disco and techno clubs, as well as‘after-hours’ parties
