About this Event

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!



On Thursday the 16th of November join us and all your festive favourites on Guildford Highstreet and see the Christmas lights switch on!



Enjoy live music and entertainment in the late afternoon or catch one of the local choirs at Tunsgate Arch. The Newfoundland dogs and reindeer will also be making an appearance around town throughout the day.



Come and cheer on Steve the Stag at 5pm in the mascot parade, bring your own Steve mascots and represent the Students' Union by wearing your Surrey hoodies/ tops (all available in Teas and Tees)



The big countdown starts at 6pm as Peter Gordon (PG from Eagle Radio) takes to the balcony with Father Christmas, panto stars and much more! Don't miss the lights switch-on at 7pm followed by fireworks kindly sponsored by White Lion Walk.
