About this Event

I am returning to Guildford for another music meditation workshop!



Mindfulness meditation practitioner and professional musician Andrew Ford invites you on a journey of self exploration through sound.



A selection of unique musical instruments will be played to provide the sonic focus for meditation, drawing the meditator into deep relaxation, concentration and bliss.



Musical instruments include Native American style Flutes, Kalimbas and Hang.



No prior meditation experience required and beginners most definitely welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on.
