MassMatiks are an Indie/Alternative Rock band from Surrey UK consisting of George Peploe (Vocals/Guitar), Joe Turner (Guitar), Martin Linch (Bass) and Josh Stagg (Drums). The band themselves are a loud and infectious collective which is reflected both in their songs and live performances. Their music consists of catchy guitar hooks alongside a tight rhythm section, relatable lyrics and catchy melodies. The bands sound brings influences from bands like Arctic Monkeys to Biffy Clyro and Don Broco.

As well as generating a huge wave of interest on the live circuit, Dance à la Plage’s digital releases have added the their army of fans. The band’s debut EP release ‘A Short Stay at Clarence Pier’ reached No. 14 in iTunes ‘Alternative Chart’ and also hit the heady heights on No.62 in the iTunes Album Chart too! In typically understated and laid back fashion, when Joe (Vox/Guitar), Sully (Bass), Howard (Drums) and Harry (Guitar) were asked about how the unexpected media interest came about the answer was “dunno, but we are well chuffed”.
