The Kinks influenced just about everybody from The Who, Bruce Springsteen and The Jam to The Pretenders, Tom Petty, XTC and Elvis Costello. Ray and Dave Davies created one of the classic bands of all time, shifting millions of units both sides of the pond and pretty much invented that scratchy, jagged guitar sound allied to timeless tunes and harmony.



Playing a set packed full of Kinks classics including Sunny Afternoon, All Day And All Of The Night, You Really Got Me, Dedicated Follower Of Fashion and Lola, this is one 60's era Kinks tribute that will take you way way back to the swinging sixties.



Absolute Kinks are all top full time musicians and Leeds College of Music grads, recreating The Kinks sound live and meticulous in the recreation of their material and look. You will not find a more authentic sound a like band this side of 1969!
