Introducing IDIOM, a DIY quartet of veracious males from the South West of England who began life as a band with a simple mission statement: “Whether they find themselves playing to Ten or Ten Thousand people, the aim is to bring the house down every time”.

Staying true to this collective belief has served IDIOM well over the short time that they’ve been together. It has seen them appear at festivals such as Blood Stock & The Bulldog Bash as well as sharing stages with the likes of Bring Me The Horizon, Architects, Devil Driver, Skindred, (Hed)pe, 36 Crazyfists, Young Guns, Aiden, InMe, From Autumn to Ashes and a list of others that goes on and on!

With momentum building and a fan-base that’s growing rapidly after every outing, it comes as no surprise that the first quarter of 2013 has seen IDIOM already confirm a major festival, book a string of headline shows including a night at the world famous Camden Barfly, sign a unique & innovative distribution deal with EMI label services, put pen to paper with a joint venture management company headed by RSK Entertainment’s Simon Carver & Arya Goggin of Skindred, AND not to mention being picked up by the hugely influential CAA who will work as the band’s live agent.

With 2013 starting with such a bang, the rest of the year promises to put IDIOM right at the forefront of the British live music scene – a position which they have earned and in which they will thrive.

Ladies and Gentlemen, IDIOM have arrived.

The Smoking Hearts

There is no such thing as a dull moment for The Smoking Hearts. Live shows have seen guitars smashed and drum kits sprawled across stages and it is not uncommon to find half the band playing in the crowd while singer Ben Mills is in the back of the venue, on the bar, or hanging from the rafters, all the while coercing the crowd into joining the party. Playing with the likes

of Bullet For My Valentine, The Used, Asking Alexandria, Gallows, Underoath, and Andrew WK, The Smoking Hearts have cemented their reputation as one of the most exciting young bands in the U.K. The past 18 months have seen The Smoking Hearts go from their bedrooms, to clubs throughout the U.K. and Europe, destroy down in Australia as part of Soundwave Festival and even wreak havoc in the United States. Now, with the release of their new album, The Smoking Hearts intend on celebrating their victory worldwide.

"Underground UK Punk Set For The Overground - KKKK" - KERRANG

A brilliant band, think Moto?rhead on more speed beating up the Anti-Nowhere League then bumming The Ramones. Seriously, think about that. They have a new album out called 'Victory!', a definite recommendation." - Rocksound
