DENGFEST 2!

26/08/2014

About this Event

Doors: 4:00 pm.

WE'RE BACK FOR OUR SECOND YEAR, and we promise that it's gonna be EVEN MORE DENG THAN LAST YEAR.

Tellison:

These guys know what's up. Their sometimes endearing, always intelligent sounds touch on the indie side of pop-punk and are FFO The Get Up Kids, Tubelord, Los Campesinos! and having fun. They've put out two records so far. Both of them are really good. Listen to them.

Delta Sleep:

BSM math-rock/jazzy/samply/shouty riff makers that are sure to make your feet move. Can't recommend enough, their EP Management was one of our favourite things of last year.

Suffer Like G Did:

This Sega-loving mathy instrumental four piece are fun, cool and jazzier than anything (yes, anything). Check out some stuff they've gone and recorded over at the camp for bands.

Theo:

One-man band. One of the most awesome live acts to have come out of the UK in ages. Guitar loops, followed by drums and all mixed together - DENG.

Olympians

We're really proud to announce that these Norwich/London based indie dudes will be bringing their chamber pop stylings to this year's event in full force.

Our Lost Infantry:

Last year's headliners are back in style with new songs, new members, lots of harmonies :) Not to be missed.

Dragons That Make Love to Pandas:

Local lads DTMLTP are back again this year with riffs, shouts, and jazz chords. Great energy at their shows.

Noyo Mathis

Noyo combine catchy emo and angular post-hardcore to create a sound that deserves your full attention.

Track Of Words

These guys make the kind of summery indie folky pop music that's sure to cheer us up after the #EmoRevivalHype of late, and we're seriously happy to have them back for our second year.

Annabel Allum

Annabel will be opening this year's event with an acoustic performance of songs which are part Jonsi, part Björk, part Ben Howard and all deng.

Price: £8adv.

Entry: 16+.
