So me and my friends went here for a breakfast after a night out. We thought, great a full English, just what we need. So most of us ordered a breakfast, and one of us ordered fish and chips. Now. We thought, great a full English, just what we need. So most of us ordered a breakfast, and one of us ordered fish and chips. Now. You'd expect the breakfasts to be done first, and with everyone basically getting the same thing, they'd just put it all together in their respective pans, cookers whatever. But no. The fish and chips appeared first, while the rest of us had to wait another 45 minutes for our food t...o turn up! I could've cooked it myself in a shorter time! So we complained, and got a free round of drinks. To be fair to the waitress who handled the complaint, she did it well. You know it's not their fault. Having said that, we asked for the manager to talk to, but he did not appear, presumably he was hiding in the back somewhere! It was then explained to us by the waitress that we should've been told their was a 40 minute wait for food but they didn't do that so.. All in all then, don't go here for a post night out breakfast! Side note: One of us tried to post a review on Facebook after posting an accompanying photo but as soon as they saw that, they blocked them! Apparently they can't take criticism very well!

I had ordered a breakfast bap and toast to which I think the toast had just been shown the toaster and I had to peel a film off the fried egg as it was like plastic. After asking to see the manager the poor waitress was sent out to do their dirty work and offered either a free round of drinks or to take our food back that we had waited 45 minutes for and have a refund. But after waiting 45 minutes this was not an option as we were all hungry, especially after waiting so long, so we took the round of drinks. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone or come here again!

Absolute joke of a place. We came 11:30 Sunday morning, so naturally, the place was practically empty. We're a table of 7 all ordering from the breakfast menu apart from one member ordering fish and chips. After 20mins the fish and chips arrived yet the rest of us was still waiting until 12:15. So after 45mins we finally received our poxy bacon sandwiches and mediocre full breakfasts. After asking for the manager we were just sent a waitress playing middle man and was offered some drinks, or, on the basis of the food being taken back, a refund. Disgusting customer service and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
