Absolutely shocked at how bad this was, the staff all were grumpy and rude, I asked for food to be told it had stopped (at 9pm) I then went back and asked why the menu said there was 24/7 food available a girl in a shirt maroon apron and brown pony tail said I could have a cheese or ham sandwich had read moreAbsolutely shocked at how bad this was, the staff all were grumpy and rude, I asked for food to be told it had stopped (at 9pm) I then went back and asked why the menu said there was 24/7 food available a girl in a shirt maroon apron and brown pony tail said I could have a cheese or ham sandwich had a cheese one which came with what looked like scrambled egg and pickles I spoke to the girl and asked if I could just have a normal cheese one as that was how she described it she... argued back with me took the sandwich back came back with cheese sandwiches she had just scraped off the middle and put cheese on the bread was stale £25 for 4 extremely basic sandwiches, got charged £5 for a bottle of water and the next day only charged £1.50 think the staff made up the prices as they went, our group were short changed, over charged treated rudely by all staff apart from Geoffrey who was on reception. The girl with the brown pony tail was extremely rude to us all. Our room had 1 roll of toilet roll there was two girls in the room staying for two nights. The shower itself when I turned it on the turn actually came completely off. Girl with black hair on reception when we arrived was giving us dirty looks she was working the weekend and made us feel so un welcome. The food was greasy and extremely over priced. Absolutely disappointed my family usually come here every year and none of us will be back. We were treated like idiots and absolutely ripped off. Definitely do not recommend anyone go here. Unless you have money to waste. Cleaners banging doors from 4 am onwards both Saturday and Sunday morning. If you've got any sense DO NOT GO HERE.

Best Halloween night in years! Very well organised, polite friendly staff working hard in the hotel and the club. Brilliant music, a bit of something for everyone. Well done to all the staff!
