Offering simple and relaxed interiors, the venture takes inspiration from the ramen restaurants of New York, Melbourne and Copenhagen bringing tasty food to Manchester's Northern Quarter until 2am - and they've got some seriously good selections on offer. With steaming bowls of ramen and melt in the mouth buns boasting fillings from mackerel and fennel to fried chicken and cucumber, you can also treat yourself to a selection of small plates including dumplings, seitan skewers and saute potato salad.
As for the drinks list, CBRB offers an outside-the-box selection of cocktails designed by local curator Into The Gathering Dusk. Split between 'Lights' and 'Signatures', there's a curious mix of ingredients - many homemade - including gin with nettle and white pepper syrup, aromatised wine and spiked pineapple, and something called Hipsterol - the bar's own-brand Aperol.
