O2 Academy

Handy location for travel,and near local pubs and cafes etc. Though one doesn't expect a venue like this in the middle of a shopping centre,once inside it felt okay inside. All the facilities are there in working order,and the atmosphere was good. Give it a try!

I love live music events and have recently attended two gigs here. The sound was great both times and I had a great time watching some of my favourite bands.

Insane We got in first using the priority queue as we are on O2 and the staff were really friendly. Drinks are hideously expensive but this is the same everywhere. £5.60 for a bottle of tribute isn’t the best but the night was great. You can pop back out to smoke during the performance by getting a stamp which is handy. Merchandise is usually sold up the first case of stairs as you come in, which is also where toilets are too. Highly recommend this venue! Great for intimate shows
