Before going, I had contacted the venue to inquire about a companion ticket, as my granddaughter has special needs, and requires a carer to escort her. I received not only a very prompt response from Lauren, telling me we were added to the access list and no companion ticket was required, but she then went on to offer early access and a reserved booth. She arranged everything, with very clear instructions on what to do on the nights. Arriving at the venue, everything was in place. Names on the list, taken in through the back door, we were able to get settled before the main doors opened, and the other fans all rushed the stage. All the staff were great, and the manager even came across to check we were ok, and didn't need anything else. The whole experience was very well organised, and I can't thank Lauren and all the staff on the night enough. On top of that, the shows were great, and my granddaughter really enjoyed them. I would definitely recommend, especially if you need additional support.
