I'm not much of a complainer however in situations where I'm left still hungry and just ripped of a 10er I'm not happy, so I've called a waitress over that done not much more than trying to prove me that the beef pate isn't dry, it's only dry because "it's been sitting for a while now" or "there isn't a sauce because theres BBQ pork" aye, there is but it's dry. "and the salad isn't inside the burger but it's on the side" took ages to finally get to speak to the menager who previously was unable to talk to us. After coming over, she apologised, refund my meal and I'm still hungry as I don't want to face disappointment again and a future battle for decent pub food.
