Be aware that this hotel has very limited parking spaces which you need to book in advance and trying to find somewhere close by to park overnight, on a Saturday afternoon in Exeter is nigh on impossible! Would not have booked it if we had realised this at the time! Would not have booked it if we had realised this at the time! Not to mention the fact that it's the smallest hotel room I've ever been in, absolutely claustrophobic. You literally have to walk sideways to get from bed to bathroom!

Perfect location for exploring the city. A short walk into town. The hotel is very well set out, love the cosy snuggs. The swimming pool is great but changing rooms limited/challenging! Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.
